I Climb:	Gym Boulder Top Rope Sport Trad Single Pitch Trad Multi Pitch Aid/Big Wall Ice Real Mountains
Comments:	Started climbing 1977 toproping on some 7mm Edelrid. Early 80s was climbing 18-22 with some FAs and FFAs around Melbourne and Grampians. Secretary of VCC 2 years. Some big wall routes at Buffalo including 2nd ascent (first hammerless) of Knocking on Heavens Door. Climbing gradually took a back seat to diving and skiing, but then moved OS in 1986 and climbed occasionally in NE USA and one trip to Yosemite (free climbing only). Back in Melbourne in 1991, climbed sporadically while racing mountain bikes for several years, got keen again towards end 2003.
