This movie is not intended to teach you how to climb. I should make that clear from the start. What it does offer is some advice from the pros at competition, sport and trad climbing. Advice more aimed at climbers who are already pretty good, but have perhaps plateau-ed and are looking for an edge to further progress up the grades, or are heading into a competition or training for a hard send and want some insight. At least that's what I took away from it myself. On the other hand, I don't climb that hard myself that this level of interest in training and preparation is really applicable, but even for me, it was still good to watch.

On the cover it says things like "how to get sick crimp strength", "patience", "mental training", "power for steep climbing", "how to succeed", "dyno's 101", "slopers", "balanced power", etc. As you can see there's advice on things like getting into the right frame of mind before attempting a hard project.

So did I enjoy watching it? Well, yes, I did. Quite apart from getting any advice it was fun to watch some great climbers pull down some hard moves, and reasonably well filmed too. So yes, I did quite enjoy watching it. I'll probably watch it a few more times too.
