An easy to read, all be it technical, book. The principles are simple, and Eric provides a complete "how to". Just the mental stuff alone is bound to improve your climbing. However it tends to be a lifestyle approach and you may find it difficult to do everything if you already have a busy lifestyle. That said, concentrating on just one aspect will see you at least consolidate yourself at the grade of your current limit and form an enormous stepping stone to climbing advancement.
