Summary - NSW sport climbing in the mid 90's.

This 'skateboard/surf vid' style production mixes high energy jungle music with some good footage of high grade sport routes at Australia's most popular sport areas. It all gets a bit boring by the tenth sequence of some buffed guy clipping ringbolts and styling some grade 30 move. The biggest problem is its lack of depth. It only covers the areas of Nowra and Blue Mtns and there ain't a bit of trad gear in sight. Not worth buying but worth a single viewing.

Highlights - Garth Miller ticking Mr Carpert Burn 32 at Diamond Falls in amazing style.

As this was the first climbing video I saw back in the mid-late 90's, I do have a soft spot for it. If you are Australian and like watching climbing videos (particularly sport climbing), you will enjoy this.

Neils Review is a bit harsh. Some great footage, but advisable to have the fast forward button on call for some dodgy interviews and skateboarding/ basejumpy stuff. Highlights include.

Dungeon Master, Ain't no Sunshine & Cheesemonster. How long and pumpy do these routes look ? Great stuff. It makes me want to go back to Nowra. The style of climbing is quite unique.

Garth on Mr Carpet burn is also rad. Gotta love the press move.
