I started it with great enthusiasm as Brigitte is the first Aussie woman to climb the seven summits, i thought it'd be a good story. I couldn't even get half way through it. The material she wrote didn't have enough to captivate me, and i thought it would be better as a slimmer volume.
Don't get me wrong, I can read 1000+ page books, just didn't think much of the writing. |

If you can get past the writing style, this book is quite interesting and even entertaining. I found some sections rather vague and they left me wondering why they hadn't been edited out. A second reading (from lack of anything else) confirmed this! |
