Hey Guys, As mentioned, no need for " marine" ply, just use exterior construction ply 17 or 19mm. You can save a few bucks buying " CD" which means one side is smooth and the other is a little rough. I paid about $80/sheet for 2400x1200 x 19mm from Cullity Timbers, not sure if you've got those over there. ? I painted my woody with solagard paint, self priming 2 coats etc, the only draw back is the holds often need a tap to remove. Zinc plated T nuts should be fine. good luck
