Jamie pretty much got it. Rap on both ropes like normal, making sure that you set up with the thicker rope going through the biner, and then tied to the thinner one, that way the tendancy for the big roipe to 'pull' through is alieviated by the knot against the biner, no need for a big special knot, just don't use an overhand, because they can pull through the biner.
