I also think you have a pretty good argument - I was just talking about scientific certainties. Maybe asking for scientific certainties on an online forum is a bit silly - clearly they are designed only for flame wars. Come to think of it science should stay out of it.
Newton - great scientist, one of the smartest people of all time, hit by a falling apple in the head, undisputed theory proven right over hundreds of years of experiments and experience.
ODH - forum bullshitter and all-round unlikable prick, probably pretty smart, quite good at putting shit on people, possibly been hit in the head by falling rocks, disputed theory backed up by some good reasoning.
