A definite yes! To start with Point Perpendicular which is a pretty awesome sea cliff that has a lot (mostly?) rap in climb out climbing. Not sure what that has to do with gear unless you have the option of bringing an abseil rope. This is probably not necessary as you should be able to hook up with people who have their own rope to climb there.

Pierces Pass in the Blue Mountains also has abseil access though you need to pull your ropes (you won't be returning to the top of the rap point in most cases) so a designated static abseil rope won't do. Once again whatever partner you climb with here will most likely have a rope
