Yeah, it's just reproof it and/or warranty if you can get either to work Otherwise get something cheap that fits well, esp if you want to climb in it. I would personally stick away from Macpac and Mont as they seem to be heavier/overbuilt. Get something like a light (ie 300g ish) simple Mont Bell or a Montane waterproof that may not be as tough but you're paying less for it too.
