I have similar problems. When its really bad, walking becomes a bit of an issue.
A few years ago, I went to see a physio who gave me some stretches to do and I diligently do them every evening.
Something else that she looked at was the way I stood and sat, which I didn't realise contributed to my back problems. So, for example, I now always take my wallet out of my back pocket when I sit - sometimes little things make quite a difference.
