You might have an unstable shoulder joint, and be prone to dislocation, especially if you have dislocated it before.
The management of an unstable shoulder is different to the management of a rotator cuff injury, though both might go hand-in-hand.
If you can prevent a shoulder dislocation, it'll save you a lot of trouble down the track.
