You won't have any trouble finding a partner at Araps. Just turn up and chat to people in the campground. If you want to go to the nearby grampians then don't get your hopes up too much. Everything in the Northern grampians was burnt last week, and currently almost the entire park is closed. Keep an eye on the cliffcare website for updates as stuff is opened again (I guess the southern gramps will be first, northern gramps could be some considerable time.) http://cliffcare.org.au/
