Boulders can be accessed any time of the year really...except for the middle of the wet season due to localised flooding, which pretty much happens across the Top End.
In regards to boulders available. I would have to say that there are more boulders to mess about with than climbs in this area. Probably 10-15 boulders for every 1 climb off the top of my head.
If your thinking about visiting the NT during the dry season, I am sure a few climbers would be keen for a trip. Make sure you jump on the ClimbingNT website next time your planning on heading up this way. |
