interweb c--kfights aside, the Grose is a bit wierd and different. it offers excellent mind-fking adventures doable as day trips - people sometimes wander off and do things that are weird, or shite, or half-finished and then don't go back for a week, or a decade or something and never really write them up. Even some of the write-ups are challenging, as some of the bryden's 'back of a coaster' descriptions in Warwick William's lovely little guide show.
That's what's good about the Grose. |
