Down below the 'normal' cliffs of Sublime Point (Blue Mtns) is a substantial 60m cliff with a handful of easy routes recorded from the 1960s and 70s. The cliffs are actually quite impressive - vertical walls with a similar feel to parts of Piddington. I found three homemade hangers attached to giant (12mm?) mild steel carrot bolts leading right across a face to a juggy arete. This route isn't recorded in the 90s Sydney Rockies guide - but would certainly pre-date that guide. I've asked Mikl and Giles but neither know anything. Anyone know of other harder routes down there?
