In Victoria for groomed trails you could try Dinner Plain near Hotham (I think you don't have to pay any entry fees or parking fees for parking in hotham if you tell them at the gate you are going to Dinner Plain) - you can also get the shuttle bus between Hotham and Dinner Plain (not sure if it is free) so you only have to ski one way. OR Lake Mountain. Lake Mtn probably won't have good cover yet, but you can check it out on the webcams.
