Hi Neil, I'm right where you're asking about at the moment and might still be here when you get here. I'll give you a call soon. Tioga did close but it'll probably all melt next week when the storm is done and be open again. It hasn't closed (for the season) earlier than 30th oct for the last 30 years but you never know... there was 6 inches overnight in rock creek (8000') so prob a foot at 14000 and it's only the 6th of oct.
