Looking back through the list I posted earlier (which I realise has a few errors in it) I think that the following climbs would be good practice in the grade range that you have mentioned. Although each of them has a few moves, rather than more sustained jamming, if you can cruise them in good style you should be pretty confident that you can use your hands and feet:

Scorpion Direct Start
Gilt Edged
