Depends on the metal you use. The MSR ones are strong and lightweight. If you make it out of equivalent (or better) metal, then no difference. I cut a sharper point on the MSR as I find they are a bit flat and blunt, but otherwise I agree with Dom that they are worth the low hassle. |
