Yeah, this design was developed by a mate a couple of years ago. The idea is to climb up
and down using your feet, and do 4 or 5 reps which will develop power endurance. You
can also campus on it, although it is not strictly a campus board (rungs are 30cm apart).
For lack of a better description, we call it a system board.
I find it really helps for improving route climbing fitness, especially if you already boulder. |
