My name is Dianne Andary, I work in Euroa, North East Victoria, Australia, as a real estate consultant in the Shire of Strathbogie.

Recently I was fortunate to list for sale a property at 98 Gilberts Road, Longwood, known as Tenneview Park, which has Mt Tenneriffe as its backdrop. Each year over 100 climbers access Mt Tenneriffe from this property. I would like to make contact with some organisations who may be interested in purchasing the property as a group or by forming an investment group. The property has the possibility of a tourist destination for climbers, it features a 16 square Nissan hut with quality appliances, it is fully air conditioned, spacious living areas and two bathrooms. There are 2 large and one smaller solar tracking panels, state of the art battery room with automated computerised back up system as well as state of the art irrigation system. The front two paddocks would suit horses, the property could cater to agisting stock to earn an income (which it caters for already).
