Agree - however, I was thinking of possibly doing campusing with really poor feet (just enough to keep your feet on the wall). I know this is not traditional but thought it could possibly create a 2 for 1 benefit (core and power) when doing the exercise.

Doing this in conjunction with bouldering on the same angle could be useful in doing some Complex training (as defined on Horst's site). Ex: Do a boulder problem at your limit with controlled static movment then campus using the smallest feet possible to keep you on the wall. Like I said... just an idea. Also my reason for getting beta on the H.I.T. strips.

You would also then have a fairly sweet set up for doing some rudimentary systems training (eg lock offs on rock overs, etc) using the campus rungs.
