Let me get this straight. You will only sell it all at once so you are looking for someone who wants to buy a rack (calling it the perfect rack is a bit bold though.) This mythical buyer fits a mens medium harness - they don't have a harness already, in fact they don't even have a belay device, they're going to want to buy 3 from you. In addition to being pretty new to climbing, they have their heart set on aid climbing, so they know they'll need an aider and a haulbag. ...I think you'd have more chance selling the parts individually. But hey, good luck to you man.
