Your best bet is to buy some samples I reckon. Get the tas climbing guide b&w and one of the colour ones and you will have all you need to know.
Lulu.com has printers in melbourne, spain and the us. It seems a bit random sometimes about where it gets printed. For a while a5 size got printed in the US and 6x9 here - not sure if this is still the case. If in melb they come pretty quick - 2 weeks, same with DPA. For a while lulu postage was off the dial (like $100 a book) which is why I set up DPA as well. That's been fixed for a while though. |
