Apart from Phil's reply which was quite witty (good pick up on the WPPK), Hex I was a bit disturbed by the lack of social conscience, especially in a minority group like a bunch of climbers on the web. My experience over the years is that climbers I have met over the campfire are some of the most socially aware people I have ever met, and enjoy other, non climbing related banter (albeit I observe this has always been positively related to the amount of beer consumed) - perhaps they don't surf the net, perhaps the beer and the campfire are missing
