Theoretically you should be able to continue improving without doing any training, just by doing lots of climbing, you just need to put in the miles (and miles).
Otherwise head to the National Library once/twice a week, that is great training in a pretty mellow location, I'm sure you will find you're finger strngth, forearm endurance and fottwork all improving. There is also some good bouldering at Chapman Ridge and if you puty in one session a week there you will find that you fly through the grades
