The way the filter is supposed to work is a disgrace. Any item of pornography that is Refused Classification (RC) is banned. Any website containing RC material goes on the black list.
Within the definition of RC is 'fetish' and some vague 'models who look under 18'. The under 18 thing I don't mind so much, particularly if models who are actually 18 (which is pretty rigorously tested in the US, oftten by the CIA) are allowed to pass. It's the 'fetish' thing that's worrying.

One man's fetish is another man's footware. Having such an open and subjective definition in the RC rules means a lot of mainstream and harmless activities and their practitioners will be marginalised. What if they decide homosexuality is a fetish and ban it?

What if they decide Aid climbing is a fetish ad try to ban that?
