Save your cash, for a good protien fix after bouldering climbing etc try this, 250ml of cheapest no fat uht milk you can buy, 30 grams of skim milk powder and add 1 or 2 teaspoons of milo for taste. Can get all of this at aldi very cheap. This will give you similar protein benefits of all those bullshit overpriced protein powders. Good for building and repairing muscles when strength training. |
