I have no moral qualms about bolting over here in the sub-continent. There is acres of unclimbed granite just waiting to be drilled, and the local climbers aren't cashed up enough to afford drills/bolts/hangers (or even harness and shoes in most cases). Plus whatever mountain you chose to bolt today, will be tomorrow’s quarry anyway, and your bolts end up ground up in a rock crusher - to be buried in someone's apartment foundations - or shipped off to Germany in some uber-cool granite benchtop.
