The butcher in Griffith, south canberra, is actually the best in the world. Smokes his own bacon, on site, (and he onsighted it several years ago), makes his own sausages and chorizo, smokes some of those, and does his own Christmas Hams. I've been trying to justify buying one now, and calling it ham christmas in september. |
