OK so i haven't read the entire thread but hear me out.

The whole point of this was to test bolts for safety correct?
Now i don't want things to get all official or anything like that but how are you going to release the results of your testing? Are you going to create a data base for routes that after testing failed and are therefore unsafe? This data base could be added to by others and warn each other of bolts that are loose, badly rusted etc. Or statistical data which identifies one bolt being better than another and/or glue types etc
I'm not asking you to go and test all the bolts placed in the blueys or other areas but wondering how this info is going to be used or relaesed. Just sems a bit pointless to know what your doing but i can't get hold of the results.
