Dave, I had the same problem last week with Ramset 101. A large amount of purple came out long before any mixing set in. It was a cold day, and the tube had been half used a few days earlier by someone else. The colour coming out once it did start mixing was a bit inconsisent in its grey-greenness but my test- turd set OK and the bolts looked solid when I later climbed on them. Decided I didnt like Ramset all that much. I had to buy a newer tube and use it (in even colder weather) a few days later with it working better (though at $37 for that tube I didnt want to waste any!) KF2 is heaps better
