Looking from the ground I managed to convince myself id be able to get an RP into the middelsection of Cordial Kids. Nope. Its got a greasy scary move in the middle, but hey, thats what Ben Cairn is all about!
Why would you damage an existing climb with Crampons? Surely you could top-rope a scanky bit of rock, or better yet climb a tree?If I saw crampons being used on an existing climb id be tempted to "help" the climbers concerned by replicating alpine conditions more thouragly and lobbing a few rocks their way ;-) |
