Park at Clarence, and walk in. No problems. Just be considerate passing through the two gates, on private property. Pedestrian access has been granted. It would be scorching at Cosmic at the moment though, have you considered the nearby crags like the Freezer, Tunnel Cliffs, Railway Cliffs and even the Dam cliffs, where you can have the swimming luxury. (Although for Dam cliffs, park at the original gate on Bells Line) Simon Carter and Martin Pirchers, "Blue Mountains Climbing" third edition has all the topo's and parking areas.
