Isn't it nice- -when you think you've put up a neat line only to discover the topo was wrong and your new climb has been done before. -when the guide book says "veer right" and you spend an hour scrub-bashing to get to the crag which was 50m away if you had veered left -when the climbing god sends record rain all weekend while you are in the Blueys, and Australia loses the rugby as well -when you have a long walk in and then realise you left your shoes in the car -when some wanker puts up "drilled, unbolted projects" and leaves them dormant for several years - when you have to work Christmas day and spend all day fixing other peoples problems ( I'm obviously having a bad one) Happy Christmas
