That is true, there are limitations on what we can do outside of army training these days. I now have to get written permission to go climbing off base, it is not that bad but it is still a strange thing to do. Adventure training in the army is one of the hardest courses to get on, these days I think you have to have two hooks min to be paneled on such a expensive course.
