the structural difference in grades of ply is in the glue 17mm is sweet 19mm will hold big dynos. I've had interior ply outdoors for 5 years now and is still perfect. The secret is 3 coats of solarguard. Remember to drill the t-nut holes and paint them before installing the t-nuts.
