Sorry but have to stand up for butter eaters, yes it could be the massive chunks of glorious butter on biscuites making her fat but more than likely it is a combination of shit life style and low esteem. I like butter... lots and am not fat, so it is ok to put huge amounts of butter on anything..... morethan likely this has to do with my inibiria.... drunkeness. and craving for such food stuffs. Eat high protein (nuts meat) to make you feel fuller ( though only works for a month or so) can kinda work. or have been told so.
90kg...... lots of high rep low resistance exerciese.... ie speed climbing.... speed .... or biking running stuff. Swimming I am told ain't so great to loose the weight.
