In terms of RNP shacks (is this what you refer to?), they are non-transferable on death of the current owner/occupant and will be resumed by Parks at that point in the future, AFAIK.
I have no doubt that Illawarra Coal and Coke will try and redevelop all they can once coking becomes worth less than property. Given there is a cokeworks 400 metres from my place I hope it happens sooner than later, but I imagine they'll flog Colecliff first. More dough.
Turning 'a farm' into a resort is generally OK with me, and property swap of low conservation value park with high(er) conservation private land is a no-brainer to me. Much better than the f'n abhorrent action about to take place at 'The Farm', where public land is to be alienated by a two-bit shite 'resort' with SFA environmental credentials, capacity, learning, examination or investigation.
