Hey that doesn't seem right Cruz. Upping the fees might have increased the clubs own bank account. But the members still need to pay both the club fees & the sports union fees, to join the club. Unless you're indicating that the club in question is no longer part of the sports union umbrella.

To some extent if the sports unions were done away with and the members of the clubs just paid a realistic club fee, the some clubs would be better off financially. The sports unions have a lot of overheads and the clubs get to see only a portion of the full sports union's budget. This would have severally hurt one of the clubs I was involved with running, but been quite beneficial to another, because of the capital equipment expenses of the first and the number of non / former students involved with the club.
