You know, I joined my work gym a couple of months ago, and got exactly the same analysis. I have 28% body fat according to the caliper test too. However, I also have a BMI of 22, which is in the middle of the healthy range (20-25).
I felt a bit yuk for a few weeks afterwards, and tried to cut back on dinner, and then just kept doing what I'm doing. I'm healthy, slim (but not skinny), eat well, and have low cholesterol. I'm running the Melbourne half in a few weeks time, so I'm relatively fit too.
My analysis: you are not a fatty. However, it is nice to see the granny flaps disappear with a few weights. |
