Stick with working on the Simulator, I do the workout in the instructions on mine 5 times a week and noticed an increase within about 2 weeks, especially on big slopers.. But I do notice if I miss a week you go backwards pretty quick.
I'm also building a Woodie at home, will be 3.4m x 2.5m and 2.5mhigh (its an L shape) and will have a triangular roof from the 2.5m L to halfway through the 3.4m wall. I bought 70 Metolious holds but will prob need more.. Pics to follow.
