I would back this up too.. Gorge du Tarn and de la Jonte (just next to one another) is one of my favorite areas in Europe.
The Tarn offers long steep perfectly bolted stamina routes, swimming, and climbing in the sun or shade; and the Jont offers excellent multi pitching (the best French grade 5 that i have ever done)..
