I had an ultrasound and it looks like I have a pulley problem, and it looks to be the A4. Julian says that its rare to do this pulley in isolation, but as far as i can work out it is the case.
Does anyone know anyone who has done this pulley?
Is there a taping technique I can use to reduce the stress on the pulley while strengthening the rest of the finger/other fingers/hand/maintain back strength?
so far my recovery looks to be based on wine, which isnt a loing term plan, apprently.
