Spam does taste so much better with olives.

About 15 years ago a large group of us stopped for dinner at a roadside diner at a servo on the outskirts of Stawell. One in the group was a vegetarian so accordingly ordered a "Salad Sandwich" from the menu. Said sandwich arrived complete with ham so our vegetarian mate couldn't consume la sandwich without like spewing or something like that. He would have been happy with a) an actual salad sandwich or b) a refund, but the staff would have no bar of it. They basically said: “everyone knows” salad sandwiches come with ham so first pay up for your inedible meal dude or we’ll call the cops! Stalemate ensured and yup, the cops were called… Thereby ensuring they’d never be forgotten for their “fantastic” customer service...
