There are some forums I'd put my details on and others not. I don't really see the big deal here. I put my name and contact details on the Cliffhanger website a few years back when I was a complete newbie, found a few people to climb with. It was a great way to find some more experienced people to show me how it's done indoors. A couple of years on, I've got a few new friends to head out to Araps with whenever the weather is good.

I reckon you'd be hard-pressed to find a complete loony-tune psycho murderer who would scout through a local climbing forum to find their next victim...

Maybe RSVP would be a better place to do that.
