I was wondering the same thing some time back when there was a post about Jim's Trees franchises. It was never removed, so I presume the Mods either missed it, decided it wasn't spam, or enjoyed the replies too much... I thought it was borderline, but like the above post it was at least a job ad of sorts rather than a sales pitch/ad. Then again, it was about tree rather than rock climbing...
