My view is the first assentionist can place them when and where they like. If the bolts prove to be in the wrong spot or not needed then so be it. The fisrt assentionist will then have to enjure the pointing and laughing. Retro bolting is not on unless the first assentionist OK's it.
Other than that I really couldn't give a rats. I usually climb trad routes. |
