Neilo, bluestone is great for training. It forcez you to use your feet more efficiently.. and emphasisez subtle body movement. The gym trains you to pull down, or in cliffhangerz case, just keep holding on until your forearmz explode !
I find the gym makez me strong, but overall, crap as a climber. The only clear benefit of 3 yearz of training waz increased stanima.... so it meant i could keep falling off because of poor technique, until i eventually succeded (add time and much swearing).
Anyhow, i think bluestone is underrated. Unless you live in nati or stawell of course... |
